The facility has long been dedicated to aluminum surface oxidation treatment for over 20 years, possessing high-end and extensive production experience in aluminum surface, aluminum oxidation and other specialized treatments. The company has obtained TS16949 quality management system certification. It primarily produces and processes aluminum surface anodizing, hard anodizing, conductive oxidation, oxidation coloring, etc. (military parts, aviation parts, high-speed rail parts, optical instrument parts, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, electrical appliance parts) and other aluminum surface anodizing treatments.
The factory covers an area of 12,000㎡, with a cumulative investment of over 50 million RMB. It has introduced an automatic oxidation production line featuring 9 cranes and 126 units. Large chillers, filters, air compressors, fans, and a pure water purification system realize fully automated management, strictly following the ISO9001 international quality management system.

After hard anodizing processing, the surface can get a thick oxide film with high hardness, the oxide film can reach 25 to 100 microns, if there is a special need, it can reach 200 microns, the hardness of the aluminum film varies according to the material composition, the max hardness can reach about HV650. The pure aluminum film has the highest hardness and does not corrode in the salt spray test for several thousand hours.
